BP companies are interested in the oral brilacidin trial starting soon.
If successful trial, and possible deal talks occur, it would appear everything
is on the table, other B indications (ABSSSI, OM) and K in terms of IPIX point
of view.
A BP wanting to cut a deal on an oral IBD pill, should be advised by IPIX that
any BP considering a deal for all IPIX assets will get stronger consideration
regarding the oral IBD pill.
In other words,
BP A only interested in oral B-IBD pill at say 3xxx dollar amount
BP B interested in oral IBD pill at say 2.6xxx dollar amount (less than BP A B-IBD offer)
but BP B also interested in K, ABSSSI, BOM at say 2.4xx dollar amount
Well then, BP B will gain access to oral B-IBD (even at a lower offer than BP A),
because they extended themselves to bid on all other assets in the portfolio.
