I could be wrong about this, but it seems somewhat likely that if dilution has truly ended that the company would announce it in no uncertain terms to send a reassuring message to investors.
Maybe they have and I've missed it, in that case never mind. Otherwise, I'm not sure we'll see a dramatic rise in share price until that's taken care of and no longer an issue.
