Exactly. Pretty much a holding company now farming out the science. Methodically. I'd expect to see something done to get rid of paying rent on a space he doesn't need imo. Unless the new hire (in the near future) wants to utilize the space for further research. I think just about the whole pipeline is ready to move forward into additional trials The kevetrin formula may not be 100% ready but shouldn't need that much to finish it, Leo already has someone for that as well.
