When this all started to move 12 months or so ago, I posted a brief analysis of the current facts on YMB, doing my DD and trying to have a discussion w others. I came up with a range of prices that I thought the stock would be around spring of last year. The mid-range of my numbers was $1.27.
Joe came on the board and mocked me and started calling me names. Look back at the chart from last spring and see where we were.
I'm not hurt by Joe's comments or anything like that. But I spent countless hours over there combating bashers, re-posting facts, and supporting new posters who wanted to learn about the company. It shows something that Joe doesn't try to digest discussions but takes each comment in a vacuum then responds condescendingly most of the time.
If you're not going to try to be productive as a CEO hoping to build a multi-billion dollar company, then why be on the boards?
It speaks volumes that he would rather frequent YMB over the past couple of months, posting foolish comments against idiots and people he thinks are previous GNBT officers and mocking even well-intentioned posters who are not very knowledgeable instead of trying to lead discussions with the people who are putting in an effort.
I believe quite a bit in Joe's ideas, and apparently a lot of people in the acquired companies do as well. However, that doesn't mean there isn't room for improvement in some areas.
