I think he is still waiting for governmental workers to sift through volumes of paperwork and give their stamp of approval.
I also think that part is completely out of his hands.
I do believe he is continuing to work on deals.
I was having a conversation with a customer today about how little gets done between Thanksgiving and New Years.
I am not a big fan of bureaucracy, but have to deal with it on a semi-daily basis.
One of the many reasons I have turned down multiple offers of employment as an electrical inspector in my local city. I would wind up choking someone out.
It's been months since Dr. Dalton said "last SEC filings". Without checking, I believe it was in September.
He has also stated several times of his own frustration.
It's an educated crap shoot. But in our corner we have a verified all-star cast of board members.
