Hi Buildit,
my guess is that the PPS will be left untouched and not be Auto-adjusted. I think that the OTC officials are typically only confuse something like a 1:1 dividend with a forward split.
As long as the ratio is significantly lower, they will simply ignore it and nothing will happen automatically to the PPS. Just my thoughts, of course.
Related to the NGIO spin out, I agree with you that this could have a big positive impact and if this could be announced today or beginning of next week, I can easily imagine that this would jump start a share price rally, as some people may want to get back in after they sold for tax loss purposes, shorties need to cover still before the dividend and if now additionally GNBT would finally deliver on two big promises (dividend and NGIO spin) then this could have big effect.
