Cash needed: when deal was struck NP had said they

Cash needed: when deal was struck NP had said they are good through FEB, and that is before the sharp increase in SP and possible Warrants being exercised. So now I would think the FEB date has been push out maybe a few months giving us time for another licensing deal and of course the warrants continue hopefully providing needed cash. Also, if BLA is submitted wouldn't that become a milestone for some sort of payment from the License deal ?
