NP said nothing close to the metaphor above. He didn’t say CYDY wants to talk to X or Y BP about NASH.
What he said is 1. that BP reviewed the data and is interested in talking with CYDY about said data - “ they have seen the data and they want to talk to us”
2. CYDY is in discussion with at least one BP in regards to the NASH data - “we are right now in discussions with a large pharma for this indication, NASH”
Your argument that NP’s statements regarding NASH are not well supported given the direct quotes above from yesterday’s interview. Additionally, over the last year, NP has delivered on his language regarding the Samsung deal, the NBA, and the Licensing agreement. I don’t have any reason to believe he is not being accurate about NASH. Now, do discussion between BP and CYDY regarding NASH mean anything? Not until a NBA or licensing deal is announced, but it does show that the data is interesting to a BP audience and not just CYDY.
