No more private placements. Which throws a wrench in your 'dilution' complaint. Next?
That means the extra shares are for something else. I asked someone who knows more about stocks and the industry than I do and he had an idea. His thought was that it is easy to extend the shares now but harder and expensive to extend them if SFRX moves to the NASDAQ. That doesn't explain what the shares are for but it does suggest that Kyle may be preparing to move to the a larger exchange which would be great for shareholders.
And if there is a reverse, then those 5 billion extra shares becomes a lot fewer depending on reverse ratio.
It's a thought. Maybe. Maybe not. But what was confirmed is no more private placements.
I think this should cause a move in the price upward but time will tell.
And it means SFRX has plenty of money for now.
After all this time, pretty sure I can wait another 3 months.
