Just a few more FACTS:
I will let others fill in the current Issued so everyone knows it is not from me, just contact the T/A
Be sure to ask about the restricted as the last I had on the restricted was 13,729,024 so you can subtract those from the current issued number and then here is the big question. Does Wayne still own his shares? Here is the link to his last filing and it shows control both personally and through Sylios of 6,274,534 shares and this filing was 12/2/19.

Just for simple calculations though, leave Wayne's shares in the float number and let's see what that number is. T/A has that answer. I got it already but it is better that the numbers come from someone else for clarification the numbers are correct.
Remember, the start point is 8/17/18--29,580,969 shares issued
Remember, shares traded since Sept 18/18 till Dec 31/2019--120,683,054
Remember, Restricted shares, last reported 13,729,024 on 12/27/2019
