think they have a court milestone event before making a buy-out attempt on Ucore. I'm not talking some lowball of $7 or $8 dollar pps either. MRT iP alone, is worth a multiple of billions when inserted into the US supply-chain. Btw, Ucore referenced the Manhattan Project in a 2012 news release.
Also, for anyone who saying/worried about Izatt having any possible Utah home court advantage in the court hearings: Materion is Utah based. Who you think know the "courts" more favorably":
A now two-time Natl Security participant or an individual who was fined by the Dept of Justice for fraudulent booking funds? And he did not file counter-claims in NS and on Dec. 4th lost stopping Ucore's Injunction against him in Nova Scotia. On Dec.16th, lost his "conspiracy and unjust enrichment", argument in Utah.
