$HTSC Out of 8.9 billion dollars in sales of cannabis in the state of California only 2 billion dollars was sold by legal dispensaries. ICF Industries working with local governments looks to change that through its staff of lobbying partners. Legal grows will now be on an equal playing field as their cost basis is lowered due to the efficiencies gained by using ICF Industries goods and services.
