My Thesis would look like that:
The people from Vyera and the parent company Phoenixius are highly connected to the street, as (Bored Lawyer?) mentioned it on the other board.
CEO was Vice president of JPM.
A shareholder of Phoenixius was some sort of star hedgefund trader in his past.
There are ties to Roivant as well, just google that company and that indian guy who runs the show, than you know what that means.
So I quess, this people know what they have here. And with all the catalysts soon ahead there is not much time for them. That explains the nonstop accumulation as we nearly 4x from the low already.
Most retail (esp. before buying so big packages) would wait for a dip before jumping in on OTC after it just went stellar.
Another idea was that GILD or some other BP kind of hedges them self and starts buying, now that they know we will likely be a sucess after the deal took the financial risk of us.
Or other BP getting our data in regards to cancer and nash, realise what will happen with cydy and jumping on board.
But Im not sure if that would not be considered insider trading.
I tend to the Vyera connection, as I recognised bigger packages getting traded with a pattern arround 2-3 week before the deal was signed.
If true, i doubt we will see a big dip soon ...
