It is a damn shame crap like that happens and of course when we have bad cops but first things first...if that crap happen in the 50's you would automatically be shot by the cop. They are hired to do a job not babysit and take $hit. You wing a cop expect to die.
When praying and the pledge went out of schools and they took paddling away from the principal and teachers....then "political correctness started and got so damn carried away no balance as we see in our system today.
If a jerk thinks a guy wearing a badge and a gun is a target? he needs to think again if he is able to breathe after pulling that stunt.
An "automatic" loss of rights should straighten out any one who sucker punches a cop.
