Let's get the ALTuCELL closing completed in the next 2 days. Shows the company can begin delivering on time. Other that promises made, promises kept, Generex could help the investor community greatly by providing the valuation of ALTuCELL and what that means to it's majority shareholder parent company and us the shareholders of said company. Generex's portion of ALTuCELL SHOULD BE WORTH WELL NORTH of 500M, as Joe's due diligence suggests based on the comparison with Semma Therapeutics purchase.
"Also, as part of our due diligence process, we pinpointed specific, comparable deals that validate the huge value of the ALTuCELL acquisition, as evidenced by the recently announced purchase of Semma Therapeutics by Vertex Pharmaceuticals for close to a billion dollars." 11/25/19
We have the GNBT/NGIO dividend coming up. A couple more trading days for those interested in more shares. Are going to get a 40% haircut? I added a teeny bit last week in case things go differently this go around. TC made me do it.
Side note to Generex and their PR firm: When GNBT announced Dr Hausman was added to the NGIO board, there was a short generic paragraph about Generex BUT NOTHING about NGIO at all. Missed opportunity to elaborate about NGIO, it's platforms and business relationships etc. Spin out details and listing info. You could have gotten more bang for your marketing dollar(shareholder value).
