I am still very confused about
what is that we loose by selling our two patents to ACS
some say
we will loose all revenues from those patents after the sale and we only retain the ooba..sales part
if so..sfor could loose $millions
if that is what will happen
why in the world sfor will do that?
I believe the deal of the sale also have a note were the deal could be cancelled
why would the company tend to loose more that gain and not renue that deal?
Any one here can address this confusion and spell out
the pro and the con once and for all about our sale of our patents to ACS..next year?
