Hi Schwarbs, You make some good points. Buyout is not in cards. But, that could be a very long discussion which at this point isn't necessary. What is necessary to understand why Ucore will go alone ( as they mentioned in a video by Jim a while back ) .
Most of latest news on the Consortium helps to explain what lies ahead and a couple posts from my69z pretty much sums up what most visitors here do not understand well.
Go back and read the last few posts by my69z. ( the consortium plus one new partner which has a deal with Materion.......It is called Eutectix. Now you can Google the company and see all details or read my69z posts, but this is essentially a battery company that meets all the magnet and alloy needs in 5 Declarations > A samarium cobalt and iron Neodynium rare earth magnet alloy producer. (magnets too!!) Who knew this was part of Consortiums proposition?
Ucore , the lovely little junior that nobody seems to love ............
They will have it all covered....everything.. every need in the 5 Declarations including magnets , HREEs, other critical metals. From beginning to end, the entire kit and kaboodle. So.... no buyouts.. and even further to this incredible important new development ( of which is truly mindblowing proportions ) is the fact that Kentucky and Suncor are very big other parts of ucores future which is yet to be fully understood in the mix. What will end up, is far more than I had ever thought possible. And I was very optimistic.
Alot of people criticized Dan for his high projections, sure cause they were thinking pennies. Meanwhile, Ucore has been very busy and ultimate plan was worth multi millions when completed ( you might even get higher than that if it all continues to unfold as it has in last month )
So.... there is no logical reason at this point or soon to even think of selling or talking buyouts. This isn't a buyout play.
One last thing...Davidson menioned his 3.4 mil shares. Ummm I did mention month or so ago there are lots of 7 figure shareholders who don't post here often. And if you think that is risk position, think of number of shares held by Randy J. Think he became so successful by taking dumb risks? LOL No insider ever sells. Unlimited potential in plain site , but few ever see what is happening......
