Cytodynamite, what a nice predicament to be in :)

The way I look at things one has to analyze the pros and cons (of course). The question is: what is the possibility of a substancial drop from these levels?? And, what is the possibility of a substancial increase from these levels?
I think your "cross roads" provides a god opportunity to analyze the risk/reward equation at this level (SP=$1).
Main CONS:
1) A further delay in the Combo BLA
2) New mTNBC or BC data showing less effectivity with new patients
3) a CRL from FDA in regards with Combo application
4) Delay in approval & initialization of Pivotal Mono trial
5) Further dilution
Main PROS:
1) Combo BLA submission
2) BTD for BC accepted by FDA after new data from more patients confirms first two patient results & sustained data from these.
3) Positive NASH data/publications
4) Interest on commercialization for NASH from other companies
5) Mono HIV trial approved & launched
6) Commercialization deals ex-USA for HIV
7) Positive Data for other Oncology indications (Colon, Lung, Prostate, Melanoma)
Positive Data for GvHD
9) Positive data for PrEP
10) A potential BO offer
I believe that the current level (around $1) is a good place to take a rest and consolidate a base-line. The volumes we have seen as of late (last 7 days average 5.235 Million shares) would indicate that the stock is in firmer hands and there are new players with more capital.
However, consolidation at lower levels is possible but I don't think a dramatic fall will occur unless 2 in the CONS occurs. When I said lower levels I am referring to around $0.65.
In the meantime there is always the possibility of more positive news in the PROS list that will surely firm up the price from $1. The best that can happen imo is number 2 followed by 4. These have a large potential to "gap up" the SP considerably.
In summary cytodynamite, you should account for the "imminent" risk factors (or lack of), your personal situation and act accordingly. PDUFA meetings (and possible CRL) are still long way down the road and you should not consider them now (the time will come for that). In the meantime think on the "present" CONS and buy yourself more time as new information comes along if you can (and your stomach permits).
I myself have a considerable amount of capital tied-up with CYDY and have asked myself the same questions.
Good luck and take the best decision !!!
The above just my opinion.
