Remember when I erred the other day and posted that the BOD's got 40MM shares? I responsibly removed my post, but this is what I posted in part. Remember the first sentence below is incorrect.
Another 160MM issued per today's filings to management with ZERO success. It reminds me of what goes on in Washington with US shareholders.
We'll call it the OTC Swamp. SFRX is a good fit.
About 300MM shares issued in a month and 2 days, and those are the ones we know about.
Share count is at least 4,678,492,382 . If they've added as they have the pat 12 months, it's more like 4.8 Billion OS by the EOY .
So my math was off at least 144MM shares.That was on 12-17.
Look at the OTC update from 12-20. Even when I am wrong, I'm right.
