Wanted to make sure everybody knew it WAS (past tense) CWRN's ore and not some other producers ore-if 1 is not careful there is always a chance newbies etc might not understand what they are seeing-was CWRN ores even though sold AND paid for as you point out.
From a legal standpoint, once Bao pays for it Bao has enforceable possession and is entitled to call it Bao ore.
From an auditing perspective CWRN cant record revenue until Bao has actual physical possession via loading on a ship bound for Bao- which is why I postulated this no mans land could be a reason for delay of financials-I dont know that it is-just a possibility.
Nice to see they are planning on 43,800 wet metric tons-which is a lot for a ca 45600 ton DWT ship-in the past fuel, ballast, people etc weighed more than that differential.
