that is exactly what I was saying they did it this summer. they offered warrants to be struck at.40 with a half share bonus and it was called a TO. they raised about 15 million. with the share price now it could complicate matters in my opinion because it could cause a drop in the share price. so I believe they only do it again if needed but who knows.
