First, if Quirk legitimately resigned due to health reasons, he got better pretty quickly. Must have just been a bad cold, or possibly the flu.
More importantly, you raised the issue that we don't know if it was Quirk or not who wanted back on the board. Actually, we do know. A number of us know, because Quirk had historically assembled a group of HDC investors over the years, and communicated with them (but not all shareholders) while a director. Very problematic, don't you think?
