- them going though the Local (Warwick RI) planning board process successfully?
- going though the EPA process successfully?
- going though a state bond process and being approved for 12.5 million dollars?
- the actual location of the approved facility?
- construction process being done at that facility?
- someone at that facility responding to your request when they anticipate going live?
