Nice write up of a list from Rory's video and perspective

I'll add two more items Rory mentioned

1100% increase in Conversion Rates

3300% increase Retention Rates

If you are in sales or marketing, these numbers are incredible

What company wouldn't want their marketing be 10x more effective so their sales can be 10x greater?

On average, people receive 121 emails per day

On average, 20% of people will open a marketing email from a company

On average, the click through rate may be around 3-4%

Click through rate is the measure of how many people clicked on a web link, CTA or image within a particular email.

If you send out 10K emails, about 2000k people will look at them which means 70 people might click on something. Doesn't even mean any of them bought anything, but likely some did.

One might figure, I'll just keep sending them emails until they open them, click on something and buy.

Nope, it doesn't work that way. You might have one shot or a few before they auto delete, unsubscribe, hit the junk button, etc.

If you have one shot, why wouldn't you want it to be the best?

Now think about direct sales for a minute

Those emails or texts are a bit different as there is a relationship there and a one to one connection. Open rates would be a lot higher. Click through rate a lot higher.

Once again, if you are going to take the time to connect with someone, wouldn't you want your conversion rates to be as high as possible?.

When a company buys software, they typically will check references and call 3.

Based on these numbers, I bet those reference calls go really well as these results speak for themselves
