Not only CMF but this has to go in the better late than never category:

"Generex is currently considering cost efficient solutions to these violations, in addition to invoking provisions in the agreement which take away beneficial share price protection features for the beneficiaries of the agreement, which were triggered by adverse actions following the execution of the agreement. Among other reasons, this provision was triggered due to allegations by the U.S. Department of Justice in court concerning the improper conduct of personnel associated with Veneto."

Why, so many, many months later has Generex not had the assets turned over?

Generex has exhibited a lack of fiduciary responsibility in protcting shareholder value based on 2019's results to date. What good are agreements if they allow the party on the other side to do what they want, when they want with limited repercussions.
