OK, I see the talk on the other boards and yes we could be going after Neogenomic or even Intel again but just don't know however we had better be certain or it will be the curtain for us. Sure we have at least two million dollars left but even if we had the max of $4.5 after monies owed from the past I can't see HDC as becoming compliant until we have struct a deal that can at least keep HDC alive and also contribute some monies to fight for who ever maybe using our technologies. This will not be easy to prove and I say another 5 years wait and upward cost $2.5 million especially if we are dealing with Intel. We do know and understand NeoGenomic and the usages but to pin something other than that past historic contract and intermingling... we never have with Intel. We would be bouncing off of walls in hope that a judge would side with us when we have no contract breach involving Intel and everything to prove. Nope! the Intel Avenue unless there are in talks with them are pretty much a no win move. Yes it would be something to have a heavy weight in our corner but it may also take longer for them to move in helping us so just don't see Intel in anything further.

I sure am open to suggestions on what anyone thinks but 16 plus years isn't a good feeling for me plus my money wrapped in my remaining ROTH account. So NEO got away from me when HDC was in the bucket next will be probably my Exicure.
