I don't believe this is deja' vu all over again wi

I don't have any doubt that the dividends will come out on Jan. 3rd. However, I'm not sure of the impact. My opinion, don't expect any significant news until Jan. 6th at the earliest.
There is no question that MMPJoe and management have hit more than a few bumps in the road. As I have stated before, Mr. Market will not give GNBT the benefit of the doubt. This may be a new company, but it has the same name. We still hear some of the old criticism on this new board. As several astute investors have pointed out, it doesn't seem that management has done the best DD when it comes to some of the purchases and expected revenues are light.
However, patience is essential for the true investor. Even the best S&P stocks can plunge dramatically, only to recover. Each one needs to evaluate his/her own risk tolerance. This is nothing new, but we often fool ourselves into thinking that this time it will be different. Once the huge drop occurs, as it has here, we get that sick feeling. "Why didn't I sell at $3"?
None of this changes the fact that success or failure depends on three things: funding, execution and science. These are going to take time. The pps may go even lower, especially during the next 5-6 trading days due to the annual volatility during the holidays. MMPJoe does not want to go broke. We have to assume that he is doing what is in investors' best interests because it is in his best interests. However, there are lots of bad guys out there and MMPJoe has ruffled more than a few feathers. I'm hanging in for the ride.
Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukah, and Happy Holidays to all.
