For those of you who don't know, he originally worked for Cramer and the The Street. He did the same thing to AVXL when he initiated a short attack by posting a hit job immediately after a significant spike and volume, and then came the flood of frivolous lawsuits that appeared almost hourly on the PR sites including Yahoo, etc. They were all eventually dismissed, but it had the intended effect by making it look like the company was in legal peril for months. AVXL lost more than half their value within days. However, with that said, CYDY is in a much better position at this time than AVXL was when it got it hit by the short attack.
This is one of the reasons why I'm not rushing to get off the OTC until we're far enough along that these attacks will have minimal effect.
