I am beginning to think you have friends in high places … You called the PR just before
Speaking about "high" places, .. this is Father Christmas coming down the chimney just a coupe of days early … We couldn't get a better gift than this one !!.
1) First patient after 11 weeks (3 more than reported before) STILL no detectable CTCs or putative MTCs and reduction of CAMLs
2) Now the second patient (MBC, maybe NP mother in law) received 700mg starting Nov 25th with a weekly dose is included as part of the results. Shrinkage of tumors confirmed with MRI (I am VERY glad for NP's mother in law).
“The results from two subsequent scans of the metastatic lesions for this second patient demonstrated shrinkage of the tumors at both timepoints following the first leronlimab injection, reduction in brain edema, and remarkably, disappearance of several metastatic tumors.” Whaoooo.
Not sure if CYDY is going too fast but they are thinking on filing BTD in January !!!. I think that, with these results we will get patients very soon and more data will be available soon to support this application better. I am not familiar with BTD in the sense that wo patients only is perhaps too little of a number ?? more so if one is mTNBC and the other mBC.
Don't take me wrong .. I am not not jumping up and down !!!. This is great news but wouldn't like the BTD to be refused for lack of supporting data. In any case, Dr. Patterson and Dr. NP should know what makes the cut with them FDA.
