From the trial protocol, full data - from start of treatment on 48 patents, treatment cycle 6 months. Compilation of data could take a few months.

My guess is preliminary data will be released within 4 months of enrollment of 10 patients.

If the FDA is willing to accept an early BLA, very good likelihood it will be based on secondary endpoints and may occur on the preliminary data if it is excellent.

High chance we'll have ten patients under treatment by the end of January.

With the basket trial we'll have one trial that will include all cancers prone to metastasis . Primary and secondary outcome points will be the same. The plus side of that should be lower cost and faster patient enrollment and approval in many metastatic cancers at once.

I would expect that to start once revenue is underway, outside non-dilutionary funding is found or we sell overseas rights to leronlimab with upfront payments.
