Could we at some point utilize debt on lero after

Could we at some point utilize debt on lero after BLA to buy vyera as a jumpstart to going it alone? Or some sort of merger? Might help with up listing. Not saying this is definitely wise, but it would repatriate HIV and allow us to build out more of a sales force with a starting point. Not to mention keep pharma bro at more of a controllable distance. Is this reasonable, I mean given Vyera is private I have no idea their actual situation or is this stupid?
