Foley broke the law while already incarcerated for breaking the law, per the SEC complaint. Hello?
NTEK won't technically be on the hook for the civil disgorgement, Foley will, as the company didn't technically - do anything wrong. However, Foley will. And Foley = NTEK. And NTGL.

Read the current longside, K2, 3D, Paramount, etc. lawsuit docs - all of them.
If you think this ticker has a chance in hell to continue as a going concern with or without Foley at the helm, you're either drunk or mentally unfit.
