Here's the full NTEK consent filing... The foll

The following outlines everything NTEK will consent to under penalty. NTEK waives any opposition to this or any other judgement for debts owed for disgorgement, prejudgement interest, civil penalty or any other amounts due by Defendant. Note collateral consequences that may be imposed, particularly statutory disqualification (aka delisting the ticker) apart from any sanctions imposed in this administrative proceeding.
And the SEC hasn't even gotten started on David or Lisa Foley, who will proceed pro se or otherwise default if they can't retain counsel. And that little matter of joint and several liability.
If you don't believe this ticker will be de-listed and drown under $12 million or so in total penalties as a result once this is over, buy all you can.
Of you don't believe the criminal trial against all involved is now wide open to get filed, buy all you can.
I could give a shit what people do, but if you think Foley and/or NTEK are ever going to breathe a word about any of this - on record - to shareholders - you are dreaming the dennyd delusional dream. Later kiddos!
