You would think Generex insiders would believe in their companies future and consider 60 cents a tremendous value.
I don't want to hear any BS about blackout periods etc. If there was one for the Q it is about over. They had time to get past the S-1 being filed and certainly plenty of time to get a defined benefit purchase plan organized, which eliminates insider trading hurdles.
Only two reasons insiders wouldn't buy. They are highly concerned about the companies future or they don't feel the shares are a good value yet.
I would see insider purchases as a positive action. Outside of that, BP coming in and making an investment would be quite positive.
