So you think just because of this deal, you learned "NP can deliver"? I'd venture to say you'd say that if it took another 2 months for a deal.
The price goes up on good news? Come on...we have had plenty of good news and the price goes down. You must know that.
What have we learned here? NP made the best deal he thought he could for the time being. Share price? Of course it goes up on material news that means some sort of financing, no matter how paltry it may be in the short term.
Don't get me wrong, I am happy with the deal (although we don't know what "net" means yet) but this doesn't mean NP is a genius. Not yet.
