I'm fairly certain that the last interpretation anyone is going to believe is that of a stock basher, pretending to be a lawyer, with an obvious negative bias toward the company.
Everything you have stated is sheer speculation based on what could possibly happen, worst case scenario, if Foley does something completely screwed up and illegal, which is not very likely. Too much at stake.
I'll wait for a less biased, more realistic interpretation thank you, not the ramblings of a chatroom basher who's agenda is to spread doom and gloom.
