Yes, Doc has a BOD worthy of a big board listing. My 2 cents about some kind of deal with RAD is this, all Doc needs is distribution, hence a major JV with RAD and that is probably a sure thing with his relationship with RAD. IMO, if we are merged or take over RAD, Doc may find that the other 70,000+ pharmacies don't want to do much business with their competitor. It may limit how many and how big other JV's would be. All Doc needs is joint ventures with the drug store chains and independents, its all about shelf space.
Can you imagine if Doc did separate PR's on the chain pharmacy joint ventures, the big and small chains. Just those PR's alone would be coming out on a regular basis. This should get real exciting in January, assuming he is ready to go and just waiting on the timing. We know we are very close.
