Location of Amtronics's QD application manufacturing Complex
and time lapse construction progress

Hi, Ted, you are right that the picture taking in the Amtron/Amtronics CEO tour was taken at the site of the Common Facilities Centre, not at Amtronics's plant site, the dome shape metal structure belongs to that blue shed between the 2 buildings. That clear my puzzle why there was brisk construction going on and what that metal structure is for.

From the picture showing the monk blessing at Amtronics's future plant site where Stephen and Amtronics CEO were kneeling infront of the monk during the ground breaking ceremony in January, I try to identify that location. Based on the view around the monk and from the November 26 aerial view I speculate it is located in Block 6, 7 which measure exactly 75,000 square feet based on the map scale in Google Earth photo. The November 26 aerial view is looking from the East, I wondered what would I see if I turn the aerial photo around 180 degree and after doing that I was absolutely stunned, I was looking from the West!! and looking from outside the Tech City Gate, seeing that building at the Gate, seeing the Lake to the East and seeing the power lines going around the lake, the view is nearly exactly the view shown in the picture with the monk.

If their site plan has not changed, Block 6,7 is Amtronics's future QD application product manufacturing plant and the following chronological aerial photos shows some kind of landscaping working had begun since November 18.

I will monitor the progress in the construction and keep you informed.

Also you should not have doubt the building at the Gate belongs to Amtronics and is where its quantum dot production is located. The Tech City layout plan shows only the Common Facilities Centre, nothing else, and Amtronics is the only company operating in the Tech City, so that building by the Gate cannot belong to other company or in the Tech City management. Investors should be puzzled by the ambiguous information the the company's PR, it talked about "onsite" operation and "offsite" operation, it talked about completion of the facility by November as scheduled and quantum dot production in Q1, 2020 and it talked about funding in progress and will help the "onsite" work. Because there 2 projects in Amtronics operation: One project to deal with Licensing Agreement with QMC and one project which is Amtronics's "internal affair" to deal with its future sales of quantum dots and solar film. The "offsite" building at the Gate is for dealing with QMC and the Licensing Agreement, the "onsite" Complex whose construction has not yet begun will deal with its future sale of quantum dot and solar films to its OEM manufacturer customers. Tony Balchin simply blended the 2 operations together as one, that is why it is confusing.

Ha, ha, while trolls says QMC's operation is a scam because there is no construction in the Tech City and suggest other investors to call their lawyer, subtle investors are loading up with the truck.
