- OEM manufacturer of quantum dot TV Display panels with the logo "QDX"
- OEM manufacturer of quantum dot TV with 95% Rec2020 color gamut coverage
- OEM manufacturer of solid state quantum dot LED Lighting

Amtronic's Annual minimum royalties payment to QMC will commence on January 15, 2021 and will be as follows:

January 15th , 2023 Minimum royalty = $[**Confidential Treatment Requested]
