If I remember correctly, NP at one point did mention a merger. I think he only mentioned it once, but he may have even, and maybe is still thinking along the same lines as your post.
It doesn’t appear that Vyera has the cash to license cancer and/or NASH at this time, but keeping all of the indications and revenues under one roof would be much easier. I’m sure Vyera wouldn’t mind as they’d make a nice profit from CYDY.
