Some of the assets they sold GNBT had liens on them and ownership is disputed. Both GNBT and the lien holder claim ownership. The people who sold these assets received stock in the transaction which were restricted and probably not to be sold until a specified date or event (like uplist) occurred. They were also not eligible for the dividend so they lose nothing by selling and holding would only guarantee them a pps drop on payment of the div. Hard to blame them for wanting to unload but the questions are 1) what will the penalty be for breaking the terms of the agreement and 2) do they have a right to sell shares that the very ownership is contested.
This is all off memory. I am not 100% sure of the accuracy.
