Craziest shit going on with the Level 2 on this stock. There is a seller who wants to get rid of 38,800 shares and has moved that order around on the ASK from one MM to another to another! They have used NITE, CSTI and CDEL all in the last hour. They have moved the price up, down and sideways! Same 38,800 shares.
