Exactly right. Most of us think that certain terms have obvious definitions - net sales being a great example - but those are the exact sort of details that lawyers get paid a lot of money to hash out into incontrovertible terms that are usually much more involved than us business-minded folks tend to think.
The only point craigakess is making, really, is that we don't know how good or bad any of the terms are until we actually see the license agreement. But at least we do definitively have a deal, and the share price has reacted positively.
