You seem predisposed with NET, I would submit that the board knows what "net" means and it is spelled out for them. Us not so much, been here for years and seen many bad moves and missed deadlines, and will see more. But in the end getting caught up in the minutiae of something you cannot control never got anyone anywhere. Doesn't matter what you do for a living.
