I wonder if any of the preferred share voting rights will be transferred to the next White Knight investment firm; and in exchange for what. Just getting a sack full of common shares is not going to be appealing enough without earnings to back them up.
In themselves, the preferred shares do not have financial value (?), just control. I guess the Next Investment Team will be able to vote themselves salaries and stock option packages. If the operating costs continue to exceed profits by over 20 to 1, the current BOD will have no choice but to give away a fair amount of control.
Real Power is always taken by strength, no one just gives it away.
