Hi Misiu. While it appears to be good news on its face, "50% of net" when "net" has not yet been defined means we have no idea how good a definition was actually negotiated. CYDY's "50% of net" may be equal to someone else's 20% of net, depending on the definition.

Not trying to rain on anyone's parade, but we need more info as to how net is defined before we get too excited. I do contracts that involve net profits all the time, and it is ALL in the definition. For example, the movie Titanic grossed over $1 billion dollars, but the movie studio can show you how it never made any "net" depending on your contract's definition of it.
