Will Vyera have the money to fulfill the contract?

I was very excited to hear the deal was done until I realized that Vyera is bad news. Recent articles on the company don't paint a pretty picture, including ones from earlier this year about Shkreli still managing the company from prison. And it's still unclear what the name of the company will be, since another name change to Phoenixus has been reportedly in the works.
All of this definitely does not speak to stability going forward and, while I'm hoping for the best, I won't be surprised if things take a turn for the worst and this deal isn't worth the paper it's printed on at some point.
It's obvious why Nader was able to sign a deal with positive terms considering how little leverage Cytodyn has.
