Good morning. It seems clear to me that ACS is providing CyberIDLock to First Data. This means in my opinion that the SFOR-related component, EndpointLock, will be installed on devices and ACS gets paid per device per year. It's about the number of merchants and their number of terminals IMO.

In years past, posters on the board thought this deal would be about transaction fees and involve a different product. The May ACS press release & the December Strikeforce press release indicate it's the anti-keylogger product.

I would like it to be about both products but I see only one mentioned in the press releases. However, just because they mentioned one product in the press releases, doesn't exclude the possibility that there could be more that they don't announce. I strongly feel that it is most sensible though to evaluate the deal impact on what they have said publicly, so the number of merchants and their device count is what I'm looking at. I like it a lot.
