I agree with you in this one. My experiences with R/S have not been good. The most likely result is a large loss, the price goes up but comes down rapidly thereafter with SHs losing a large percentage of their investment.
The rare success stories have been executed with the coupling of the R/S with big positive catalyzer(s) that helps stabilize the price (an even appreciate it).
Is appealing to have the SP higher but, practically, is a negative. Of course, up-listing would be a positive but, at this stage, not sure if this will counter-compensate for the ensuing depreciation.
I hope today we can learn what is the financing plan. We are "close to the floor" to put it in some way, and don't have much more time without a substancial money infusion. This works both, practically (we need the money desperately), and psychologically (no waiting to buy in the understanding that there will be more dilutions down-the-road).
The money has to come from some sort of licensing as the only asset we have is Lero. That is why the HIV deal was (or is) compelling even if not at optimal conditions (as you point out). Why it was "put on hold" is something than NP needs to address. Hopefully due to some more positive developments.
We are "falling" rapidly and need ANY parachute before we hit the floor, if we had one and was not opened it better be for a good reason.
Will be listening anxiously to the investors call.
