If you believe that VERB will be worth $10-20 or more in four years (and can I say that most here do) then the warrants at 35-40 cents appear enticing.
At $15 stock price the warrant would be worth near $11.50. That would be nearly 30x ones investment.
Buyers clearly liked Rory's presentation and are starting to accumulate.
